Prints, stickers, and small goods leave the studio within two business days. Ornaments, wall decor, and anything made to order ship within five business days. You will get a tracking email the moment the label is printed.

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Reply to your order confirmation or use the contact page with your order number and we will sort it out.

Every order is wrapped in black tissue and sealed with our Memento Vivere sticker at no charge. Add a note at checkout if the order is a gift and we will leave out the packing slip prices.

Everywhere the post goes. Domestic orders ship USPS or UPS. International orders ship USPS First Class or Priority International; duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Flat $5.95 domestic, free over $75. International is calculated at checkout by weight and destination, usually between $12 and $28.

Photograph the box and the item and send both through the contact page within seven days. We replace damaged goods at our cost, no return required.

Giclée on 310gsm acid-free cotton rag paper with archival pigment inks, rated for 100 years without fading under glass. Each print has a small blind-stamped seal in the corner.

Open editions are unsigned. Limited editions, when we release them, are signed and numbered on the front and noted clearly on the product page.

Yes. Laminated vinyl, UV-resistant, dishwasher and water-bottle safe. They peel cleanly from glass and metal; from laptops, mostly.

Occasionally, for pet portraits in the Jaunty Dead style and for memorial pieces. The commission list opens a few times a year and is announced in Notes from Beyond.

We do, to independent shops, galleries, and museum stores. Minimum opening order is $250. Write to us through the contact page with your shop name and location and we will send the line sheet.
